S D - Has a degree in psychology, providing consultancy services for industry for over 20 years and for Network Rail for over 4 years. He has trained, coached and mentored vice presidents, directors, business leaders, managers and project managers in the telecommunications, legal, banking, pharmaceutical, retail and transport industries. Simon has also addressed a number of business conventions and conferences on subjects such as: Personal Identity and Purpose in business, Powerful Communication & the Psychology of Language, Successful Talent Management and NLP inthe Workplace.
C E - Was the IT manager for NatWest Head office. He retrained as a Psychologist, developed and taught courses in management and organisational skills for I.T. companies and then for a range of UK corporates. In 1989 he started his own training and consultancy company. He has written and delivered formal papers in “Learning, change and development” and is the author of a book about group behaviour. He designed the award winning course -“Apex”; used by several companies including Network Rail and several universities to transform Masters, Doctorates and Managers into high achievers.
J - is a Psychology graduate with a Master’s degree in Training and Development, NLP Transactional Analysis. She holds a Diploma in Training Management from the Institute of Training and Development and is an accredited National Vocational Qualifications Assessor. She was Head of Training and Development for a global polymer company.
P E - graduated with a masters from Cambridge, he started as a tutor and developed an objective teaching framework. He has personally assessed over 6,000 tutors to judge their teaching ability, and has created a way to train assessors throughout the UK to objectively judge the tutoring ability.
E R - First class Psychology degree she has run many assessments and is currently assessing graduates for top grade employers across number of company specific competency frameworks and as psychology research assistant in cognitive development – a named author in the British journal of psychology.
C N - Doctorate in Political Philosophy, he has a Master's degree in Politics from Oxford, as well as a degree in Law. He has experience of teaching, and of working in business.
P M - started his career in the construction industry forJohn Laing's civil & overseas division. Since 1970 he has held the position of Project manager or Contracts manager on multi million pound projects for Amec, Bluestone (Morgan Sindall), Cowlin and ROK. He has been Wessex chairman of the Chartered Institute of Building and has taught Construction Technology, Management and Surveying at SCAT.
